This 4-week virtual group experience is a sacred space to reparent the parts of you that were taught you had to be someone other than YOU: the one that learned that she had to be small, silent, or selfless in order to belong. The one who had to perform, achieve, or be "perfect" to be worthy. Whether you learned to dim your magic, fight for love, or stay "good" to feel safe…this is your invitation to begin again.

We begin in Gemini season, the sign of the curious, playful, wide-eyed child— questioning everything, craving connection, learning through experience. Our journey will then comes to an end 2 days after we welcome Summer Solstice and our Sun enters Cancer, the sign of the Mother— tender, intuitive, protective, and whole. The moon (who rules Cancer) will also be our ally throughout this inner voyage as we’ll work with her each week, tapping into her energy to help us move through the emotions that will inevitably be brought up with each week’s theme.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about allowing yourself to finally witness + feel what you've been carrying with you since you were a little girl.
It's deciding you are finally ready to let go of stories, cycles, + patterns that have worn their welcome and that you are ready— as an adult, today— to release it.

Our journey begins by gently reconnecting with the younger self: uncovering what she needed, what she learned to suppress, and how she adapted to be loved. You’ll reflect on your early emotional blueprint through the power of the breath + healing sound, journaling, and ritual.

Week 2 is a descent into the patterns we developed to feel safe: emotional armor, inherited behaviors, and survival strategies shaped by what we witnessed in childhood. We’ll meet the parts of you that coped, performed, or disappeared, and offer them compassion instead of shame.

In Week 3, we come home to the sacred union within, reuniting the Divine Feminine + Divine Masculine— energies we ALL hold within— as soul guardians of your inner child. Through meditation, reflection, and ritual, you’ll explore what it means to be held by your own presence…not because something’s broken, but because you are worthy of devotion.

Right at the beginning of Cancer season and just days after the Solstice, we gather under a grounding Taurus Moon to honor the light that’s been reclaimed. You’ll reflect on all that’s been unearthed, and meet the future self who’s been waiting for you to remember what’s always lived inside.

This is the week where your inner child, your present self, and your future self sit side by side…in reverence, in joy, in truth.

  • Nope! All sessions are recorded and sent out within 24 hours. Live attendance may offer deeper emotional connection, but it’s not required to receive the full benefit of the journey.

  • Not at all. You’ll be gently guided every step of the way— no prior experience needed. Your breath will meet you exactly where you are, and I’ll be with you every step of the way.

  • Yes! The Deepening and The Expansion packages are now open to all clients. You don’t need to be enrolled in the program to receive this 1:1 support.

    ✨ However, program participants receive the option to bundle for deeper support AND discounted pricing when combining a package with the course.

  • Once you sign up for a package, you’ll receive an email with next steps to book your 30-minute discovery call (for The Threshold) or your first session (for packages). We’ll flow from there.
