A Free Breathwork + Soundbath Journey for Emotional Reset
Welcome, my love…I’m so honored you’re here
This 15-minute journey is a soft return—
A chance to quiet the noise of the world, reconnect to your body, and clear what was never yours to carry.
We’ll begin with 10 minutes of gentle, active breathwork using a 2-part pranayama technique (inhale belly, inhale chest, exhale through the mouth) to move stuck energy, followed by 5 minutes of sound to ground, soothe, + integrate.
✨ Before you press play:
Take a moment to get comfy.
Lie down flat with nothing obstructing your neck, and give yourself permission to fully let go. This practice is best experienced with headphones on, eyes closed, and a willingness to open your heart— one breath at a time.
You might want a blanket, an eye pillow/mask, or even a crystal in each hand to help ground you— whatever helps you feel held.
There’s no wrong way to do this—
Your breath will meet you exactly where you are.
